How does click & collect work?

Simply order your groceries online and we'll pack them ready for you to collect from Grosvenor Grocery & Bottle Shop.


What does it cost?

Click & Collect is a free service.


Can I get items from my click & collect order home delivered?

Home delivery can be organised for a small fee.  Please call is on 9531 1542 or email info@grosvenorhotel.com.au to discuss your requirements.


Is there a minimum spend for click & collect orders?

There are no minimum spend requirements for Click & Collect orders.


When will my order be ready?

Your order will be ready within 24 hours of placing the order.


How will i know when my order is ready?

We will email you when your order is ready to collect.


Do i need to bring anything with me when i come to collect my order?

You must bring in your confirmation email as proof of purchase.  If you do not have the order confirmation you will be asked to provide photo ID that matches the order details.


Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?

You may arrange for someone to collect your order on your behalf so long as you advise us when we email you to advise your order is ready.  They must bring in the confirmation email at the time of pick up.


Can i cancel my  order?

You may cancel your order any time before collection and we are happy to provide you a refund, minus a $5 administration fee.


Can i change my order?

Once you have submitted your order we are unable to remove items, however if you have missed an item please call us on 9531 1542.


I've collected my order, but somethings missing

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please call us on 9531 1542 or email info@grosvenorhotel.com.au.


WHat happens if an item i ordered is unavailable?

Grosvenor Grocery & Bottle Shop strives to fill each order exactly as requested, however sometimes stock unavailability does occur.  Should any item that you order not be available, we will contact you to advise and arrange a substitute where possible or a refund.


Can i return my purchase?

You can return the Goods or make a claim for a refund if:

a. you believe that Goods we charged you for were not provided, or

b. there is a fault or defect with the Goods you have purchased.

Any returned Goods will be refunded using the same method of payment and price as the original transaction and must:

a. be unopened,

b. be in a re-saleable condition, and

c. where purchased in carton form, be returned as full cartons.

Email info@grosvenorhotel.com.au within 24 hours of collection to lodge your claim. We’ll assess your claim and are happy to offer a credit or refund for any missing or faulty Goods.
