Head Chef Paul Tyas has worked alongside some of Melbourne’s best chefs, such as Jacques Reymond, George Calombaris and Scott Pickett. He began his career at 13 in the Lindenderry Winery at Red Hill, and since then has travelled the world, developing menus and recipes and represented Australia at the Bocuse D’or. He brings his wealth of knowledge to Grosvenor Hotel using the best available produce to create a memorable dining experience for your guests.
A wide range of menus are available to suit all events and starting from $39 per person. The Pub Classics menu is ideal for discussing business over lunch whilst our tailored Something Special menu is ideal for rewarding the team or launching a new product. Impress your guests with a Whole Suckling pig carved tableside or the sumptuous Feast to table menu.
Canapes provide you the flexibility to design a menu which suits both taste and budget. Choose canapes matched with something more substantial for the more formal of occasions or perhaps a selection of wood fired pizzas for a relaxed feel.
